
宋(song)李(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員,數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖(sui)說是(shi)今年(nian)初從(cong)管理學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋(song)李(li)翔(xiang)已(yi)在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍(wu)中品格優(you)秀、勤勉擔當(dang)、經驗豐富的中堅(jian)力(li)量。
自(zi)“不忘初心,牢記(ji)使命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工作開展以來,宋李翔積(ji)極(ji)響(xiang)應校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和(he)學(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)總(zong)支的號召,根據學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委(wei)和(he)學(xue)院有關“不忘初心,牢記(ji)使命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育統一(yi)部署(shu)和(he)安排,積(ji)極(ji)組織學(xue)院學(xue)生支部的各(ge)項工作,將黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)(jian)工作與(yu)學(xue)生日常工作同部署(shu)、共落實,找(zhao)準基層(ceng)黨(dang)(dang)支部建(jian)(jian)設(she)的重點,扎實推進各(ge)項工作的開展,工作中以身作則、身先(xian)士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)學(xue)生、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)工作實際(ji)、貼(tie)近(jin)(jin)工作隊伍,服務于(yu)學(xue)生成長成才,展現(xian)了學(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)支部書記(ji)應有的風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記,宋李翔(xiang)深知展(zhan)示支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)影響力和(he)(he)號召力,發揮團結引領作用(yong),形(xing)成(cheng)磁場效(xiao)應在(zai)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重要性(xing)。因(yin)此,他(ta)主(zhu)動(dong)與(yu)綜合素養突出(chu)、具有較(jiao)強學(xue)(xue)業(ye)拼搏精神(shen)和(he)(he)過(guo)硬政(zheng)治(zhi)素養的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)學(xue)(xue)積極(ji)接觸,通過(guo)積極(ji)分(fen)子座談(tan)、發展(zhan)對(dui)象談(tan)話(hua)(hua)等(deng)形(xing)式(shi)將(jiang)教(jiao)育(yu)發展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員這一(yi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心工(gong)作落(luo)實到位。他(ta)時(shi)(shi)刻(ke)提(ti)醒積極(ji)分(fen)子、發展(zhan)對(dui)象和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員處理好(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)習與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)(zu)織工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)關系、政(zheng)治(zhi)理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習與(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)課程的(de)(de)(de)關系,使支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)涌(yong)現(xian)出(chu)如梁家茵、溫(wen)嘉慶等(deng)綜合素質突出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員。認(ren)真(zhen)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣東(dong)省委(wei)、深圳(zhen)市委(wei)和(he)(he)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關于(yu)主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項部(bu)署,積極(ji)召集支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)全(quan)體師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習《習近平新(xin)(xin)時(shi)(shi)代中(zhong)國(guo)特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思想學(xue)(xue)習綱要》、習總(zong)書記關于(yu)主(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)講話(hua)(hua)和(he)(he)中(zhong)央的(de)(de)(de)有關部(bu)署等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)活動(dong)。在(zai)新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)第(di)一(yi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)開(kai)展(zhan)入黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu),利用(yong)早晚修(xiu)時(shi)(shi)間(jian),組(zu)(zu)織全(quan)體2019級新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀(guan)看(kan)《我們走在(zai)大(da)路上》專題片(pian),積極(ji)弘揚愛國(guo)熱情。認(ren)真(zhen)對(dui)照校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文件,嚴格(ge)規(gui)范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)“三會(hui)一(yi)課”記錄(lu),支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)會(hui)議記錄(lu)本(ben)被當成(cheng)標桿(gan)記錄(lu)本(ben)在(zai)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)部(bu)進(jin)行傳閱學(xue)(xue)習。宋李翔(xiang)努力為師(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員排憂解難,積極(ji)解答新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)教(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員在(zai)發展(zhan)過(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)疑(yi)惑(huo)和(he)(he)困難,利用(yong)暑假主(zhu)動(dong)為畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員聯系組(zu)(zu)織關系轉(zhuan)移(yi)單位,耐心解答畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種(zhong)問(wen)題,大(da)力協助畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員完(wan)成(cheng)組(zu)(zu)織關系轉(zhuan)移(yi),深受畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員的(de)(de)(de)好(hao)評(ping)。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo)中敢(gan)于(yu)擔當,身先士卒(zu),高度自(zi)律。每(mei)天早上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時(shi)趕到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始(shi)工作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦公室,關愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍內(nei)部建設,通(tong)過專題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動等方(fang)式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周(zhou)2次(ci)實地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況(kuang)(kuang),及(ji)時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員反饋早晚修情況(kuang)(kuang)。積極(ji)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座談(tan)(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai),及(ji)時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂(you)解(jie)難。自(zi)開(kai)展(zhan)主題教(jiao)育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)。工作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養特點,有(you)針對性的(de)開(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將(jiang)活(huo)動育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落實到(dao)(dao)位。同時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不(bu)放棄引(yin)導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)過嚴要(yao)求,敢(gan)碰硬的(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行(xing)后(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引(yin)導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過嚴于(yu)律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)積極(ji)傳遞才(cai)能讓新時(shi)期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建設與時(shi)俱進(jin)(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
