[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)特(te)有(you)的文(wen)化底蘊和(he)文(wen)化地(di)位,對(dui)整個(ge)社會的文(wen)化大發展,甚而對(dui)經濟(ji)、科(ke)研、社會文(wen)明等(deng)方面的進步(bu)起著(zhu)(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)的作用。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館作為(wei)古今中外最重(zhong)要(yao)的藏(zang)書(shu)場所、文(wen)化天地(di),肩負著(zhu)(zhu)特(te)別(bie)的文(wen)化使命和(he)任(ren)務。高校圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館在(zai)為(wei)教學科(ke)研服務的同(tong)時,更有(you)著(zhu)(zhu)直接參與(yu)文(wen)化育人的重(zhong)要(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養(yang)“復(fu)(fu)合式創新(xin)型高素(su)質高技能(neng)人才”,是新(xin)時期對職(zhi)業院校(xiao)提出的(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合市(shi)場對新(xin)型技能(neng)人才的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合技能(neng)人才未來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人、復(fu)(fu)合育(yu)人、協(xie)同育(yu)人”人才培(pei)養(yang)模式改革,對職(zhi)業院校(xiao)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)教育(yu)教學(xue)提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技能(neng)人才培(pei)育(yu)的(de)(de)復(fu)(fu)雜性。作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)主體部門、教學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理當主動參(can)與(yu)到文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)。

  從(cong)(cong)單一(yi)的(de)專業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)(cong)適(shi)應崗位(wei)到(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)創新(xin),從(cong)(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)到(dao)以(yi)人(ren)為(wei)本綜(zong)合(he)發展,現代(dai)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才的(de)理念與(yu)定位(wei)有根(gen)本性(xing)轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而言,自身(shen)定位(wei)與(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)責任必須(xu)進行變(bian)革。第(di)一(yi),努力(li)(li)拓展圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)內涵(han),必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳(tiao)出圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看(kan)到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),創新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華到(dao)育人(ren)。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)育人(ren)為(wei)中心開(kai)展資源建(jian)(jian)設和服務提升(sheng),依復(fu)合(he)型、創新(xin)型要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來采購圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀環境,開(kai)展多層(ceng)次的(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)服務,更要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)到(dao)育人(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)第(di)一(yi)線。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以(yi)全程(cheng)介入(ru)(ru)教與(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)整個(ge)過程(cheng),從(cong)(cong)而在實踐中使(shi)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),擴大(da)(da)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)內涵(han)與(yu)外延(yan),著(zhu)力(li)(li)推(tui)動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)大(da)(da)發展。第(di)二,著(zhu)力(li)(li)打(da)造新(xin)型的(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)的(de)展開(kai),不(bu)(bu)僅(jin)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)素養(yang)課程(cheng)的(de)開(kai)設問(wen)題,更重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)是文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大(da)(da)環境與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)新(xin)渠(qu)道的(de)建(jian)(jian)設問(wen)題,推(tui)進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)切(qie)入(ru)(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看(kan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之(zhi)香(xiang)(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第(di)三,不(bu)(bu)斷(duan)放(fang)大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)的(de)功(gong)能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)創新(xin)十分重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建(jian)(jian)設中,應該根(gen)據時代(dai)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各方面的(de)力(li)(li)量(liang),從(cong)(cong)不(bu)(bu)同角度(du)完善、充(chong)實、放(fang)大(da)(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)功(gong)能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)、研究、社會服務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面成(cheng)長相結(jie)合(he),激(ji)勵教師投身(shen)于(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創新(xin)創造中來。抓住德(de)育的(de)教育主線,用不(bu)(bu)同形式和方法提高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)社會公德(de)、職業(ye)道德(de)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到(dao)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)精神(shen),以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)風(feng)格與(yu)精神(shen)內核,塑造學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)素養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實(shi)“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)”的(de)人(ren)(ren)才培養理念,一方(fang)面要(yao)求(qiu)圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓(tuo)展(zhan),衍進(jin)(jin)到書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進(jin)(jin)而推動書(shu)香校(xiao)園,促進(jin)(jin)校(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),另(ling)一方(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角(jiao)度對(dui)圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)具體工作提出(chu)了新的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)是(shi)圖書(shu)館永恒(heng)的主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要(yao)優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三(san)是(shi)重點(dian)抓好(hao)特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she)實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she),是(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基(ji)礎。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對性(xing)、有效(xiao)性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se),應進一(yi)步(bu)與(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)(xiao)外單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建設(she),加強文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行歸納整理,集中收藏(zang),建立專題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)庫。日常采購(gou)中,應有意識地進行專題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可(ke)發(fa)揮博物館功能,收集地方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質(zhi)遺(yi)產,接受私人專題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫或特(te)(te)藏(zang)室(shi)。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較(jiao)簡單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常應建(jian)立一(yi)套基本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此基礎上,要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教師或重點團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)教學科研(yan)活(huo)動中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)(xing)需求,其(qi)次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下(xia)功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍(wei)更廣(guang),如(ru)微博(bo)、短信(xin)、聊天群、手(shou)機(ji)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛擬(ni)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等(deng),促進與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)信(xin)息交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)(shi)(shi)生(sheng)最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚(ju)集(ji)之地(di)。面向未來(lai),我們(men)提出除了要(yao)(yao)把圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中心之外,還要(yao)(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流中心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中心和宣傳教育中心,實(shi)現由傳統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新型(xing)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉型(xing)。這種轉型(xing)實(shi)際上賦予(yu)圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不斷(duan)拓寬圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道。近年來(lai),圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做(zuo)好常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉(ju)辦主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能比(bi)賽等,保(bao)持了館(guan)(guan)內每(mei)月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過(guo)教師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部(bu)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與(yu)師(shi)(shi)(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以(yi)后,圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)內各(ge)類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合(he)教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)(shi)(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
