[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書(shu)特有(you)的文(wen)化底蘊和(he)文(wen)化地位,對整個社(she)會的文(wen)化大發展,甚(shen)而(er)對經濟(ji)、科研(yan)、社(she)會文(wen)明等方(fang)面(mian)的進步起著(zhu)舉(ju)足輕重(zhong)的作用(yong)。圖(tu)書(shu)館作為古今(jin)中外最重(zhong)要(yao)的藏書(shu)場(chang)所(suo)、文(wen)化天地,肩(jian)負著(zhu)特別(bie)的文(wen)化使(shi)命和(he)任務。高校圖(tu)書(shu)館在為教學科研(yan)服務的同時,更有(you)著(zhu)直接參與(yu)文(wen)化育人的重(zhong)要(yao)使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養“復(fu)(fu)合(he)式創新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)提出的新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符合(he)市場對新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)的新(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也(ye)切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)未來發(fa)展的方(fang)向。全面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復(fu)(fu)合(he)育(yu)人(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革(ge),對職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)的發(fa)展與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出了新(xin)(xin)的挑戰,也(ye)說明(ming)了新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的復(fu)(fu)雜(za)性。作(zuo)為(wei)傳統的文化(hua)主體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書館理當主動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)中(zhong)。

  從單(dan)一的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專業(ye)要(yao)(yao)求到(dao)學(xue)(xue)科或專業(ye)群要(yao)(yao)求,從適應崗位(wei)到(dao)工作(zuo)創(chuang)新(xin),從“工具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)以人(ren)(ren)為本(ben)綜合發展(zhan)(zhan),現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)理念(nian)與(yu)(yu)(yu)定位(wei)有根本(ben)性(xing)轉變(bian),對(dui)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)而言(yan),自身定位(wei)與(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)責任必須(xu)進行變(bian)革。第一,努力拓展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵,必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)以育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為中心開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)資源建設(she)(she)(she)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)提(ti)升(sheng),依復合型、創(chuang)新(xin)型要(yao)(yao)求來(lai)采購圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善(shan)閱(yue)讀環境,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),更(geng)要(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan),參與(yu)(yu)(yu)到(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)可以全(quan)程介入(ru)教(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)個過程,從而在(zai)實踐中使(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內涵與(yu)(yu)(yu)外延,著力推動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第二(er),著力打造(zao)新(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)僅是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)(su)養(yang)課程的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)設(she)(she)(she)問(wen)題(ti),更(geng)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建設(she)(she)(she)問(wen)題(ti),推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設(she)(she)(she),是(shi)一個重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點(dian)。要(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第三,不(bu)斷放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)十分重(zhong)要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)部分。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)(she)中,應該根據時代需要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組(zu)織各方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從不(bu)同角度完(wan)善(shan)、充實、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功能(neng)。要(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社會(hui)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)生全(quan)面成長(chang)相結合,激勵教(jiao)(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造(zao)中來(lai)。抓住(zhu)德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)主(zhu)線,用不(bu)同形式(shi)和(he)方法提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)公德(de)、職業(ye)道(dao)德(de)與(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)精神(shen),以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎,逐步(bu)形成學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格(ge)與(yu)(yu)(yu)精神(shen)內核(he),塑造(zao)學(xue)(xue)生,提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)(su)養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深(shen)入落(luo)實“文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)”的(de)人(ren)(ren)才培養理念(nian),一(yi)方面要(yao)求(qiu)圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化升華(hua)拓展,衍進(jin)到書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化,進(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)園,促進(jin)校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化大發展,另一(yi)方面也從文(wen)(wen)化建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出(chu)了新的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館永(yong)恒的主題(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)有三個轉變,一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵,二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)重點抓(zhua)好特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的基(ji)礎。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對性、有效性與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色,應(ying)進一步與(yu)(yu)學校各(ge)部門及校外(wai)單位合作,加強合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收藏,一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行(xing)歸納整理(li),集(ji)中收藏,建(jian)(jian)立專題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中,應(ying)有意識(shi)地進行(xing)專題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特色文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)。也(ye)可發(fa)揮博(bo)物(wu)館功能,收集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接受(shou)私人專題(ti)(ti)藏品,形(xing)成(cheng)專題(ti)(ti)數據庫或特藏室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳(chuan)統(tong)圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而現代圖書(shu)館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通(tong)過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一(yi)套基(ji)本(ben)的(de)能滿(man)足(zu)讀者需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上(shang),要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展(zhan)文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足(zu)教師或重點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)教學科(ke)研活動中對文(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)的(de)個性需(xu)求(qiu),其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引進新(xin)技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微(wei)博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊天群、手機圖書(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖書(shu)館(guan)等,促進與讀者的(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)化平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)園(yuan)師生最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集(ji)之地(di)。面向未(wei)來,我(wo)們提出除了(le)(le)要(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)建成資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)之外,還要(yao)建成學習交流中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin)和(he)宣傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)(xin),實現由傳(chuan)統大(da)(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流、現代、新型大(da)(da)學圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型實際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化功能,不(bu)斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為學校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近年(nian)來,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做(zuo)好常(chang)規服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)(da)量舉(ju)辦主題文(wen)(wen)化展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)(du)沙龍(long)、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技(ji)能比賽等(deng),保持了(le)(le)館(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化展(zhan)示與文(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與學生的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀(du)(du)者協會(hui),與師生建立了(le)(le)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)不(bu)斷把(ba)館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)化活動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)走出館(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并(bing)且走出校(xiao)門,配合教學活動(dong)或(huo)師生的(de)(de)(de)(de)專題活動(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化服務(wu)。
