[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)(shu)特(te)有的(de)文(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)化(hua)地位(wei),對整個社會(hui)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)大(da)發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社會(hui)文(wen)明(ming)等方(fang)面的(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕(qing)重的(de)作用。圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)作為(wei)古(gu)今中(zhong)外(wai)最重要(yao)的(de)藏書(shu)(shu)場所、文(wen)化(hua)天地,肩負(fu)著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)文(wen)化(hua)使(shi)命和任務(wu)。高校圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)在為(wei)教學科研服務(wu)的(de)同(tong)時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)的(de)重要(yao)使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養(yang)“復(fu)合(he)式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能人(ren)才(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)(xin)時(shi)期對職業(ye)院校提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對新(xin)(xin)型技能人(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化,也切(qie)合(he)技能人(ren)才(cai)未來(lai)發(fa)展的(de)(de)方向(xiang)。全面推進“文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模(mo)式(shi)改革,對職業(ye)院校的(de)(de)發(fa)展與(yu)教育教學(xue)提(ti)出了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)(xin)型技能人(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化主體部(bu)門、教學(xue)輔助(zhu)單位,圖(tu)書(shu)館理當主動參與(yu)到文(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)工作中(zhong)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入(ru)落(luo)實“文(wen)(wen)化育人”的人才(cai)培養理念,一方面要求圖書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)化升華(hua)拓展,衍進到(dao)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化,進而(er)推(tui)動書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進校園文(wen)(wen)化大發展,另(ling)一方面也從文(wen)(wen)化建設的角度對圖書(shu)(shu)館的具體工作提出了新的要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)是圖(tu)書館(guan)永(yong)恒(heng)的主(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有三個(ge)轉變,一是重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵(han),二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結(jie)構(gou),三是重(zhong)點抓好(hao)特(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)實則(ze)是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she),是書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展(zhan)的基礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的針對(dui)性、有效性與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色,應進一步與學校(xiao)各(ge)部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設(she),加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)業素養(yang)、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的收藏(zang)(zang),一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規(gui)模,就進行歸納整理,集中收藏(zang)(zang),建立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購中,應有意識地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也可發(fa)揮博物館(guan)功能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產(chan),接受私(si)人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸(shen)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)(ying)更注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)(ying)建立(li)一套基本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)滿(man)足讀者需(xu)(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系(xi),在此基礎(chu)上(shang),要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師或重點團隊(dui)在縱深層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學科研活動中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)個性(xing)需(xu)(xu)求,其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下(xia)功(gong)夫(fu),引進(jin)新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍(wei)更廣,如微博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊(liao)天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促(cu)進(jin)與讀者的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)最(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面(mian)向(xiang)未(wei)來,我們提出除了要(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資(zi)源信息(xi)中心之外,還(huan)要(yao)建成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中心和宣(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)教育(yu)中心,實現由傳(chuan)(chuan)統(tong)大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流(liu)、現代、新型大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不(bu)斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺(tai),成(cheng)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)渠道(dao)。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規(gui)服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱(yue)讀(du)沙龍(long)、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能比賽等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協(xie)會(hui),與(yu)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)建立(li)了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)不(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩(cai),還(huan)要(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園(yuan),并(bing)且走出校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)專題(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
