為深(shen)入推(tui)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)校數字化轉(zhuan)型(xing),高(gao)質量(liang)落(luo)實好“雙高(gao)”建設(she)各項(xiang)任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職業(ye)技術學(xue)(xue)院舉行(xing)黨委理論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)中心組(擴(kuo)大)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)會(hui)(hui),特(te)別邀(yao)請全(quan)國政協委員、中國職業(ye)技術教育學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長(chang)(chang)、教育部原副(fu)部長(chang)(chang)魯昕在京聯線(xian),作(zuo)題(ti)為《人工智能與經濟學(xue)(xue):“雙高(gao)”建設(she)全(quan)新領域的全(quan)面建設(she)》專題(ti)報告。會(hui)(hui)議由校黨委書記、校長(chang)(chang)楊欣斌主持。

習近平總(zong)書記高度(du)重視人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發展,認為“人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)是引(yin)領新一輪科技革命和(he)(he)產(chan)業(ye)變革的(de)重要(yao)驅動力”,“把握全球人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發展態勢,找準突破口和(he)(he)主攻(gong)方向(xiang),培(pei)養大批具有創新能(neng)力和(he)(he)合(he)作精神(shen)的(de)人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才(cai)是教育的(de)重要(yao)使命”。

魯昕列舉了人(ren)社部發布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)經濟背景下市場(chang)需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)迫切的(de)(de)39個新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye),通(tong)過分析新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)能,突(tu)顯出工(gong)作場(chang)景變化(hua)對(dui)“雙高”專業(ye)建設提(ti)出的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)。最(zui)后,魯昕通(tong)過對(dui)工(gong)信(xin)部人(ren)才交流中心發布(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)《工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網產業(ye)人(ren)才崗(gang)位(wei)能力要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)》分析,展示了工(gong)業(ye)互聯(lian)網產業(ye)人(ren)才8個方向(xiang)41個崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)4項能力要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),系統總結了人(ren)工(gong)智能發展對(dui)高等教育動手能力數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)和實訓基地虛擬化(hua)轉(zhuan)型的(de)(de)呼(hu)喚(huan)。

魯昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙區”建(jian)設的背景(jing)下(xia),“雙高”建(jian)設的過程中,深(shen)職(zhi)院作為(wei)“雙高”中的“雙高”,要充分(fen)探討如何在(zai)(zai)粵港澳(ao)大灣區的政策環境、在(zai)(zai)新一(yi)代信息技術(shu)(shu)的創新文化、在(zai)(zai)深(shen)職(zhi)院的工科(ke)特色(se)中發揮積(ji)極(ji)作用(yong),構建(jian)新知(zhi)識體(ti)系(xi),構建(jian)新課(ke)程體(ti)系(xi),顛覆專業(ye)結構,培養復(fu)合性人(ren)才(cai),成為(wei)名副其實的世界一(yi)流職(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)(shu)學院。

楊欣斌(bin)在(zai)總結中表示,魯昕會(hui)長的(de)報告(gao)(gao)站位(wei)高(gao)(gao)遠、視(shi)野(ye)開闊(kuo),理論(lun)深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材(cai)豐富,聚焦問題(ti)、貼近(jin)實際,特別是結合我校“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)、專業設(she)置和產教(jiao)融合的(de)情況提出具體(ti)的(de)指導意見,對于推動(dong)學(xue)校數字化轉型,落實好“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)(jian)設(she),科學(xue)謀劃(hua)“十四(si)五(wu)”期間的(de)思路(lu)和舉措,具有重要(yao)的(de)指導意義。楊欣斌(bin)要(yao)求各(ge)單位(wei)深刻領會(hui)、深入研究(jiu)魯昕會(hui)長的(de)報告(gao)(gao)精神(shen),結合實際抓好貫徹落實,努(nu)力(li)在(zai)“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)(jian)設(she)中走在(zai)前列,爭(zheng)當(dang)職業教(jiao)育創新(xin)發(fa)展的(de)先行者。

整場報告(gao)歷時兩個半小(xiao)時,全(quan)(quan)校共(gong)300余人參加(jia)學習(xi),其中(zhong),全(quan)(quan)體(ti)專業主(zhu)任、教研室主(zhu)任、實訓室主(zhu)任在會場進行集中(zhong)學習(xi);全(quan)(quan)體(ti)校領導(dao)、黨(dang)委委員,全(quan)(quan)體(ti)中(zhong)層(ceng)干部(bu)通(tong)過騰訊會議系統進行線上學習(xi)。
