

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月26-27日,以“數(shu)字職教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)建設 共(gong)商共(gong)建共(gong)享”為主(zhu)題的2020年(nian)“一帶一路”職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)(guo)際研討會(hui)在(zai)深圳召(zhao)開。來自26個(ge)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和地區政府部門、院校機構、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)的近300名(ming)專家(jia)學(xue)者齊聚(ju)線(xian)(xian)上線(xian)(xian)下,共(gong)商數(shu)字經濟(ji)時代“一帶一路”國(guo)(guo)家(jia)職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的機遇(yu)與挑戰(zhan),發布了《深圳倡議》。這是繼2018年(nian)首次 “一帶一路”職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)(guo)際研討會(hui)成功(gong)舉辦以來,職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)領域的又(you)一場高規格國(guo)(guo)際盛會(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯昕(xin)在(zai)致辭(ci)中談到,今(jin)年以來,全(quan)球疫情蔓(man)延,世界經濟低迷,隨(sui)著新(xin)一輪科(ke)技革(ge)命和產業變(bian)革(ge)深入(ru)發展(zhan),國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際力量對比(bi)深刻調(diao)整,和平的(de)(de)發展(zhan)仍然(ran)是(shi)時(shi)代的(de)(de)主(zhu)題,人類命運共同體的(de)(de)理念(nian)深入(ru)人心。在(zai)此背景下,堅定(ding)不移的(de)(de)深化改革(ge)、擴(kuo)大開放顯得尤為(wei)重要。統籌國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)內國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際兩個大局,科(ke)學(xue)應變(bian)、主(zhu)動求變(bian),是(shi)中國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)面臨(lin)新(xin)的(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際形(xing)勢和環(huan)境形(xing)勢作出的(de)(de)戰略安排(pai)。
魯昕以詳實(shi)的(de)數據(ju)梳理了自(zi)2013年“一帶一路”合(he)作倡議提出以來,教育(yu)領(ling)域取(qu)得的(de)各項顯(xian)著(zhu)成就,并(bing)表示中國職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)應(ying)繼(ji)續圍繞共建“一帶一路”,對接所在國家的(de)產業(ye)需(xu)求,通過學歷教育(yu)與職(zhi)業(ye)培訓相結合(he)的(de)方式(shi),培養(yang)更多高素質的(de)技術技能人才。
在簡要闡述(shu)了中國(guo)(guo)職(zhi)教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)會(hui)對(dui)接(jie)科技(ji)進步、深(shen)化(hua)產教(jiao)融(rong)合的具(ju)體舉措后,魯(lu)昕(xin)表示,學(xue)(xue)會(hui)將(jiang)充分利用“一帶(dai)一路”職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育國(guo)(guo)際研討會(hui)平臺,積極(ji)發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)新(xin)時代智庫型學(xue)(xue)會(hui)作(zuo)用,愿與“一帶(dai)一路”沿線各(ge)國(guo)(guo)、各(ge)地(di)區(qu)一起,凝聚(ju)(ju)數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)教(jiao)共(gong)識,深(shen)化(hua)數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)教(jiao)實(shi)踐,加(jia)快數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)教(jiao)共(gong)建共(gong)享,共(gong)同(tong)應對(dui)當前職(zhi)教(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的全(quan)(quan)球(qiu)挑戰,推(tui)(tui)動(dong)構建人類(lei)命(ming)運共(gong)同(tong)體。魯(lu)昕(xin)提出,此次會(hui)議(yi)聯合26個國(guo)(guo)家和(he)地(di)區(qu)發(fa)(fa)布《深(shen)圳(zhen)倡議(yi)》,必將(jiang)為全(quan)(quan)面實(shi)現職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)轉(zhuan)型、數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)升級(ji)、數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)和(he)數(shu)(shu)字化(hua)建設(she),凝聚(ju)(ju)共(gong)識,指明方向,為推(tui)(tui)動(dong)“一帶(dai)一路”域內國(guo)(guo)家和(he)地(di)區(qu)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育高(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)做出更大的貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表(biao)示,今年的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)(da)會將主題定為“數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)”正當其時(shi)。數(shu)字(zi)化是(shi)近年來(lai)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)領域面臨的(de)(de)(de)(de)重大(da)(da)變化與(yu)(yu)挑戰,疫(yi)情期間網絡(luo)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學的(de)(de)(de)(de)廣泛(fan)應(ying)用,也表(biao)明數(shu)字(zi)技術能(neng)為學習者創造更(geng)(geng)多元、更(geng)(geng)靈活的(de)(de)(de)(de)學習體驗。她同時(shi)指出,數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)不僅(jin)僅(jin)只是(shi)新技術的(de)(de)(de)(de)引入與(yu)(yu)應(ying)用,還(huan)應(ying)注重促進創新和改(gai)變思(si)維(wei)方(fang)式。她感謝會議主辦方(fang)為“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育搭建了國(guo)際交流(liu)與(yu)(yu)合(he)作的(de)(de)(de)(de)平(ping)臺,希望與(yu)(yu)會嘉賓能(neng)利用這次機會,互學互鑒數(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)建設的(de)(de)(de)(de)獨到(dao)見解與(yu)(yu)先進經驗。

本次(ci)研討會內容(rong)豐富,形式新穎(ying),分為開幕(mu)式、主旨報告、前沿對話、校企(qi)對話和(he)閉(bi)幕(mu)式等5個版塊,邀請了國內外近30位政府官員、專家和(he)學者,圍繞數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)助(zhu)力(li)全球供應鏈、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)助(zhu)推(tui)新一(yi)代信(xin)息技術應用落地、5G應用細分中(zhong)的職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)數(shu)(shu)字化轉型的探索(suo)與(yu)實踐等主題展開深(shen)度對話,共同探討“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”背(bei)景下數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)建設方略(lve),推(tui)動全球職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)事業(ye)創(chuang)新和(he)發(fa)展。
