我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹德智(zhi)體(ti)美勞全面(mian)發展的(de)(de)黨的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)方(fang)針,全面(mian)落實(shi)《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國務院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)關(guan)于全面(mian)加強新時代(dai)大中(zhong)小學(xue)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)意見》精(jing)神,大力(li)提升(sheng)高等(deng)職業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)生勞動(dong)素養(yang),形成(cheng)體(ti)現時代(dai)要求、符合育(yu)(yu)(yu)人規(gui)律、彰(zhang)顯(xian)高職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)特色的(de)(de)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)體(ti)系(xi),8月(yue)25日至8月(yue)28日,由我校(xiao)(xiao)和中(zhong)國勞動(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦、創想家科技教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(深圳)有(you)限(xian)公司協辦的(de)(de)2020年全國職業(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)(xiao)勞動(dong)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)導師研修班(中(zhong)級(ji)),在(zai)線上會議平臺成(cheng)功(gong)舉辦。

為(wei)優化勞動(dong)教育師資供給,本次教師培訓除了(le)邀請勞動(dong)教育領域相關(guan)知名學者外,基于(yu)勞動(dong)教育本身特質,還邀請了(le)企業(ye)(ye)代表擔任(ren)課(ke)程(cheng)授課(ke)講師。共有來自廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西、貴州、湖南(nan)、江蘇、內蒙古、陜西、浙江等(deng)14所職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)院校(xiao)近30名老師參加培訓。

 培(pei)訓(xun)期(qi)間(jian),學(xue)(xue)員們(men)分(fen)別觀摩了中(zhong)(zhong)國勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅副(fu)(fu)校長(chang)、我校人(ren)文(wen)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)張克副(fu)(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)長(chang)、中(zhong)(zhong)國勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)黨印副(fu)(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)(zhong)國美術學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)杜銘(ming)秋副(fu)(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優(you)必選人(ren)工智(zhi)能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)郭子琦、中(zhong)(zhong)國勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系(xi)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)李珂(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東海涵律師事務所主任律師吳小波(bo)主講(jiang)的(de)(de)(de)“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)歷史演變、政(zheng)策(ce)解讀與(yu)趨勢(shi)”“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師的(de)(de)(de)職責與(yu)倫理——如何更(geng)好的(de)(de)(de)理解體面勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師的(de)(de)(de)素質能力(li)提(ti)升”“職業(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)課程設(she)計——臺灣勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)發展與(yu)實踐(jian)”“人(ren)工智(zhi)能時代下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)融合機制”“勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)安全風(feng)險與(yu)應(ying)(ying)對政(zheng)策(ce)”七堂課。專家(jia)們(men)表示,隨著勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關政(zheng)策(ce)的(de)(de)(de)進一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將更(geng)加專業(ye)(ye)化且惠及(ji)更(geng)多(duo)學(xue)(xue)生,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師資則面臨極大(da)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰。從長(chang)遠來看(kan),應(ying)(ying)開設(she)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關專業(ye)(ye),培(pei)養勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專業(ye)(ye)人(ren)才。短期(qi)內(nei),應(ying)(ying)根據學(xue)(xue)校目前師資情(qing)況采取多(duo)種措施(shi),建立專兼(jian)職相(xiang)結合的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師資隊伍。

同時(shi),為深入(ru)了解目前高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)動教育開展(zhan)情況(kuang),今年(nian)3月,我校(xiao)聯(lian)合創想家教育科技(深圳(zhen))有(you)限公(gong)司,對覆蓋生(sheng)源地30個省、自治區、直轄(xia)市的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)及來(lai)自全國(guo)(guo)14所高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)老師開展(zhan)《全國(guo)(guo)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)動教育現狀調(diao)查報告藍皮(pi)書》專項問(wen)卷(juan)調(diao)研(yan)。經過5個月的(de)立項、調(diao)研(yan)論證(zheng)、問(wen)卷(juan)發放及回收(shou)、電話訪談記錄、數(shu)據(ju)清(qing)洗與(yu)甄別等,共回收(shou)有(you)效教師問(wen)卷(juan)221份(fen),學(xue)生(sheng)問(wen)卷(juan)2101份(fen),教師訪談記錄25份(fen)。

調研(yan)專家組成員范苗就調研(yan)報告中學(xue)生素養(yang)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)、目前(qian)(qian)勞動教(jiao)育開展現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、師資建設(she)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞動教(jiao)育與(yu)實(shi)習實(shi)訓(xun)相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞動教(jiao)育與(yu)校(xiao)園(yuan)文化建設(she)相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)(wen)(wen)題、勞動教(jiao)育與(yu)社會(hui)服(fu)務相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)及問(wen)(wen)(wen)題等內容(rong)進行分享,讓(rang)研(yan)修(xiu)班的(de)學(xue)員們從數據(ju)中更科學(xue)更全(quan)面(mian)的(de)了解(jie)目前(qian)(qian)勞動教(jiao)育在高職院(yuan)校(xiao)中開展的(de)情(qing)況。

研修班4天的課程涵(han)蓋勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理論(lun)知識(shi)、相關政策導讀(du)、實(shi)際課程案(an)例分析、勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)相關法律知識(shi)普及、人工智能下(xia)的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)等多個方面(mian),最后以電子(zi)考卷的形式對學(xue)(xue)員們進行(xing)考核。參訓學(xue)(xue)員紛紛表示,將(jiang)以本次研究班為(wei)新的起點,進一步(bu)加(jia)強理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習(xi),重塑勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)觀(guan),為(wei)所屬高職院校開展勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工作貢獻力量;并希望這樣的培(pei)訓能夠制度(du)化(hua)、常態化(hua),進一步(bu)豐(feng)富(fu)培(pei)訓內(nei)容(rong),在條件允許的情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),安(an)排線下(xia)培(pei)訓課,加(jia)入動(dong)(dong)(dong)手(shou)實(shi)踐(jian)實(shi)操環節,將(jiang)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)精神貫(guan)穿師資培(pei)訓始(shi)終。
