
學(xue)校(xiao)第(di)六屆教代會(hui)(hui)暨第(di)七(qi)屆工代會(hui)(hui)第(di)三(san)次(ci)會(hui)(hui)議在留仙洞校(xiao)區舉行。
1月15日,學校(xiao)第(di)六屆教代(dai)(dai)會(hui)(hui)(hui)暨第(di)七屆工代(dai)(dai)會(hui)(hui)(hui)第(di)三次(ci)會(hui)(hui)(hui)議在留仙洞校(xiao)區圖書館報告廳隆重舉行(xing)。校(xiao)領導(dao)陳秋明(ming)(ming)、楊平、唐曉鳴、馬曉明(ming)(ming)、董朝君(jun)、李月出(chu)席會(hui)(hui)(hui)議。本次(ci)大會(hui)(hui)(hui)應(ying)出(chu)席正式代(dai)(dai)表138人,實際到(dao)會(hui)(hui)(hui)116名(ming)(ming),列席代(dai)(dai)表40名(ming)(ming),特邀(yao)代(dai)(dai)表2名(ming)(ming)。

陳秋明(ming)所作題為《聚焦(jiao)重點(dian),狠抓(zhua)落實,開啟中(zhong)國(guo)特色世界一流職業院校建設新征程》的行(xing)政(zheng)工作報告。
會議(yi)聽取了黨(dang)委書(shu)記陳秋明所作的(de)《聚(ju)(ju)焦重(zhong)點,狠抓落(luo)(luo)實,開啟(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色世(shi)界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)建設新(xin)(xin)征程》的(de)行政工(gong)作報告,與(yu)會代(dai)表(biao)在討論審議(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)認為,2018年在黨(dang)委的(de)正確領(ling)導(dao)下,學(xue)校(xiao)以習近(jin)平新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社會主義(yi)思想(xiang)和黨(dang)的(de)十九大(da)(da)精(jing)神(shen)為指導(dao),堅(jian)決貫徹落(luo)(luo)實國(guo)家和省市重(zhong)大(da)(da)決策(ce)部(bu)(bu)署,團結(jie)帶領(ling)廣(guang)大(da)(da)教職(zhi)員(yuan)工(gong),聚(ju)(ju)焦重(zhong)點,狠抓落(luo)(luo)實,開啟(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色世(shi)界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)建設新(xin)(xin)征程,較好(hao)地完成了各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作任務,成效(xiao)顯著。報告圍繞建設中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色世(shi)界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao),全面部(bu)(bu)署2019年的(de)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作,目(mu)標明確,重(zhong)點突出(chu),任務具體(ti),舉措(cuo)有(you)力(li),切實可行。
會議聽(ting)取(qu)了(le)學校(xiao)黨委副書記、工(gong)(gong)(gong)會主(zhu)(zhu)席楊平(ping)所作(zuo)的《服務職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),突出主(zhu)(zhu)業,在一流校(xiao)建設(she)中深(shen)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)會改(gai)(gai)革》的工(gong)(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)報告。會議認為,工(gong)(gong)(gong)會過去(qu)的一年圍繞學校(xiao)中心工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),深(shen)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)體制(zhi)機制(zhi)改(gai)(gai)革,凝心聚力(li),履(lv)職(zhi)盡責(ze),為學校(xiao)的發展和穩定(ding)發揮(hui)了(le)重要作(zuo)用。報告對2019年工(gong)(gong)(gong)會工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的部(bu)署突出主(zhu)(zhu)業主(zhu)(zhu)責(ze),思(si)路(lu)清晰,措施得當,切合實際(ji)。
會議書(shu)面審議了(le)學校財(cai)務(wu)工(gong)作報告(gao)、教(jiao)代會提案(an)工(gong)作報告(gao)。大會安(an)排(pai)了(le)兩個(ge)單元的(de)時間讓代表(biao)(biao)(biao)們(men)充分討(tao)論(lun)(lun)、發(fa)表(biao)(biao)(biao)意(yi)見,安(an)排(pai)了(le)組(zu)織人事處(chu)、教(jiao)務(wu)處(chu)、科研處(chu)、財(cai)務(wu)處(chu)、質量(liang)保(bao)障中心(xin)、后勤基(ji)建(jian)處(chu)等職能(neng)部門(men)(men)派工(gong)作人員旁聽了(le)教(jiao)學部門(men)(men)代表(biao)(biao)(biao)團的(de)分組(zu)討(tao)論(lun)(lun),詳(xiang)細記錄來自教(jiao)學科研一線代表(biao)(biao)(biao)們(men)的(de)意(yi)見建(jian)議。

會議審議并通過了《行政工作報告》、《工會工作報告》、《財務工作報告》、《教代會提案工作報告》。表決通過了《第(di)(di)六屆(jie)教代(dai)會(hui)暨(ji)第(di)(di)七屆(jie)工代(dai)會(hui)第(di)(di)三次會(hui)議(yi)決議(yi)》。

閉幕式上,副校長唐(tang)曉鳴宣讀(du)了2018年工(gong)(gong)(gong)會先進(jin)集體(ti)和個人、上次教代會優秀提(ti)(ti)案(an)、提(ti)(ti)案(an)承辦(ban)先進(jin)單位(后(hou)勤(qin)基建(jian)處)的表彰決定。陳秋明、唐(tang)曉鳴分(fen)(fen)別為(wei)先進(jin)分(fen)(fen)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會、優秀工(gong)(gong)(gong)會干部、工(gong)(gong)(gong)會積(ji)極(ji)分(fen)(fen)子代表和第(di)一提(ti)(ti)案(an)人、后(hou)勤(qin)基建(jian)處頒獎(jiang)。
陳秋明在閉(bi)幕(mu)式(shi)上發(fa)表(biao)了熱情(qing)洋溢的講話。他首先代表(biao)學校對(dui)大會的圓(yuan)滿召開(kai)和獲(huo)得(de)表(biao)彰的單位和個人表(biao)示熱烈祝賀,向積(ji)極為學校改革發(fa)展建言獻策(ce)的各(ge)位代表(biao)表(biao)示衷心(xin)的感(gan)謝(xie)。對(dui)大會取得(de)的成效予以充(chong)分肯定。
陳秋明(ming)說(shuo),2019年(nian)(nian)是學校全面推進中國特(te)(te)色世(shi)界一流(liu)職(zhi)業(ye)院校建設的關鍵之年(nian)(nian),也是我們貫徹落實(shi)“職(zhi)教(jiao)20條”、全力(li)備(bei)戰(zhan)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育“雙特(te)(te)高”建設的重要(yao)一年(nian)(nian),迫切需(xu)要(yao)更加廣泛地團結凝(ning)聚全校教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)的智慧和力(li)量,因此(ci),學校教(jiao)代會(hui)工(gong)作、各級工(gong)會(hui)組織肩負著重大而光榮(rong)的歷史使(shi)命。
陳秋明提出(chu)四(si)(si)點要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求:第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)、筑牢(lao)政(zheng)治靈(ling)魂,牢(lao)牢(lao)把握(wo)正確辦(ban)學方向(xiang)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把學習(xi)貫徹(che)習(xi)近平(ping)新(xin)(xin)時代中(zhong)國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思(si)想作(zuo)為(wei)首要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)政(zheng)治任(ren)務。 二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)全面(mian)(mian)貫徹(che)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育方針。解決好(hao)(hao)“為(wei)誰培(pei)養人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),培(pei)養什(shen)么人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),如何培(pei)養人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”的(de)(de)(de)首要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)問題,積(ji)極投(tou)身“十(shi)大(da)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,培(pei)育德(de)智體美勞全面(mian)(mian)發(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)社會(hui)主(zhu)義建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)者(zhe)和(he)接班(ban)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)培(pei)育和(he)踐(jian)行社會(hui)主(zhu)義核心(xin)(xin)價(jia)值觀。引導(dao)廣大(da)教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)做(zuo)社會(hui)主(zhu)義核心(xin)(xin)價(jia)值觀的(de)(de)(de)堅(jian)定信仰(yang)者(zhe)、積(ji)極傳播者(zhe)和(he)模(mo)范(fan)踐(jian)行者(zhe)。第(di)(di)二、永(yong)葆(bao)先(xian)進活力(li),聚焦一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)院(yuan)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)目(mu)標(biao)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固樹立(li)主(zhu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)翁意(yi)識(shi),牢(lao)固樹立(li)“校(xiao)興我榮、校(xiao)衰我恥”的(de)(de)(de)觀念,立(li)足本(ben)職(zhi),愛崗敬(jing)業(ye)(ye),把精力(li)用在(zai)教(jiao)書(shu)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)上、用在(zai)科(ke)研(yan)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)上、用在(zai)管理服務上,將自己置(zhi)于學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)之(zhi)中(zhong),把學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao)作(zuo)為(wei)自己的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)標(biao),把學校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)當成自己的(de)(de)(de)事業(ye)(ye),不(bu)貪(tan)圖名(ming)利、不(bu)計較得失,全身心(xin)(xin)地(di)投(tou)入工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),全力(li)以(yi)赴地(di)完成任(ren)務。各位代表要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)永(yong)葆(bao)先(xian)進活力(li),率先(xian)垂范(fan)、以(yi)身作(zuo)則(ze),帶著動(dong)力(li)和(he)責任(ren)上崗,肩負壓力(li)和(he)使命(ming)前(qian)行,做(zuo)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)院(yuan)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)宣傳者(zhe)、推動(dong)者(zhe)、實踐(jian)者(zhe),帶動(dong)全校(xiao)教(jiao)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)形成人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆(jie)(jie)愿為(wei)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆(jie)(jie)可為(wei)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆(jie)(jie)能(neng)為(wei)的(de)(de)(de)良好(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)局面(mian)(mian)。第(di)(di)三、強化(hua)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)本(ben),發(fa)揮(hui)教(jiao)代會(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)用。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)制度(du)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)提案工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)。切實履行好(hao)(hao)教(jiao)代會(hui)四(si)(si)項職(zhi)權和(he)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)四(si)(si)項職(zhi)能(neng)。四(si)(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)隊伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)。第(di)(di)四(si)(si)、加(jia)強黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),提供堅(jian)強政(zheng)治保障。一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)領導(dao)。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)全面(mian)(mian)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立(li)“第(di)(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)議題”制度(du)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓(zhua)好(hao)(hao)黨(dang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與業(ye)(ye)務工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)深度(du)融合。四(si)(si)是(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)強黨(dang)風(feng)廉政(zheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)和(he)反腐敗工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
